As we think of the experiences we’ve gone through in the last year and half (global pandemic, civic unrest, constant barrage of negative media, online school, teaching in dual platforms, etc) as well as the challenges still before us (massive learning gaps, ever changing state and district decisions, anxiety of another spike in Covid cases), many educators are suffering from their kryptonite: teacher burnout.
